Tatum Zeghers

Tatum is a South African–Belgian Master’s student in Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University and Research with a specialisation in a Food System’s Approach to Healthy & Sustainable Diets. Prior to starting her Master’s degree in the Netherlands, Tatum completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

Tatum feels her interests align with SAFE’s mission of reducing the environmental impact of the food sector, increasing sustainability and promoting healthier food environments for consumers. During her time at SAFE, she hopes to is able to make a small contribution to advancing a healthier and more sustainable food system.
