Federica Natale

Federica is an Italian Master’s student in European and International Studies at Aix-Marseille University, specialising in EU policies and programmes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English and Portuguese) and completed academic exchanges in Portugal and Finland, focusing on intersectional perspectives on European ecological and social challenges.

Before joining SAFE, she gained experience in the agri-food sector as a Digital Marketing Intern at The Protein Brewery in the Netherlands, where she worked on communication strategies for innovative plant-based proteins and developed an interest in EU food regulation.

At SAFE, Federica contributes to EU affairs through policy research, awareness-raising campaigns, and project implementation. Passionate about sustainability and European integration, she is committed to reinforcing consumers’ voices in EU food legislation.
