Anouck GUILLOU

Anouck is French and grew up in Egypt. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Leiden University and a Master’s in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po Paris. Driven by a strong passion for sustainable food systems, Anouck has dedicated her work to advancing resilient and sustainable approaches within the food sector. Her interest in shaping policies at the EU level brought her to Brussels, where she aims to contribute to SAFE’s mission of ensuring consumer health and safety through improved EU food legislation.
