The goal of TealHelix is to develop a number of new labelling approaches and digital social innovations to guide and improve consumer decision-making by helping consumers make more informed and sustainable food choices.

SAFE leads a Work Package aimed at building capabilities, standards and trust in sustainable food labelling schemes. Our work focuses on understanding integrity aspects related to sustainable information provision, with the aim of developing integrity standards for policy makers and the industry.
