FEASTS

FEASTS is a project aimed at assessing cultured meat (CM) and seafood (CSF) as sources of protein and their impact on the sustainability of food systems. The current food system generates 17 % of global greenhouse gas emissions from animal farming, while supplying only 18 % of global calories and 37 % of global proteins. FEASTS integrates diverse perspectives, exploring production methods, supply chains, and business models.
