On November 19, more than 130 participants convened in Brussels for SAFE’s 9th Annual Conference to discuss food safety from the consumers’ perspective, marking the start of the new European mandate. The conference featured discussions among regulators, legislators, and food industry stakeholders on key topics such as food, consumer health, and sustainability, with the participation of SAFE’s members.
