The Association for Nutritional Safety in Cooking is the first Scientific Association to meet the work of taste researchers and health researchers. It has been founded by Dr. Chiara Manzi with the aim of joining Scientific Research in the Nutritional Field and art of cuisine, to spread a new culinary culture that joins health and taste in an inseparable form.
