We can reduce our carbon footprint by making small, environmentally conscious food choices.
Moreover, SAFE advocates for a horizontal framework to pave the way towards sustainable food systems. We believe that food environments are at the heart of deliberations about food systems change, and we strive for food systems that will support consumers to make better choices.
