Manon Richard
Manon comes from France and holds a Master’s Degree in European Affairs and International Relations from Sciences Po Strasbourg. As part of her studies, she completed an internship at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, focusing on issues related to Culture, Diversity and Heritage. She then worked for an organisation striving to preserve and promote cultural heritage across Europe for 7 years, first based in The Hague (The Netherlands) and then in Brussels (Belgium). Her responsibilities entailed the management of several EU projects, the coordination of policy and advocacy activities as well as nurturing relations with a variety of stakeholders. In this position, she worked on a project aiming at safeguarding food heritage and her interest in the food, health and sustainability sectors only grew ever since.
