Diellëza Gashi
Diellëza holds a double-degree in Law and Foreign Languages (English and German) from Grenoble Alps University. She completed an LL.M in International and European Law from the Europa-Institut (Saarland University, Germany). She is currently a Masters 2 student in European Law at Grenoble Alps University. Her studies got her to develop particular interests in the environment and in the fight against climate change. She is currently writing a Master’s thesis in this domain.
She is aware of the impact the food sector has on the protection of the environment as well as on the consumers’ health and wishes to share that knowledge via SAFE.
